Mountain View company, Skyrider, has raised $12 million in a Series C round to continue to develop their peer to peer networking platform.
The round was led by ComVentures and earlier round investors, Sequoia and Charles River, ponied up to bring total funding for the company to $20 million.
Skyrider is building a P2P search marketing platform. Essentially they are providing an ad overlay for P2P file sharing systems.
